After dropping my car off for a service at 7.30am, I was only contacted at 3.30pm to find out that my car had not even been checked in. Reason being they could not get hold of me. I had asked to be contacted on WhatsApp as my phone was playing up.

Apart from Diane at front desk, who was very helpful at all times my service experience was not good. I was quoted almost £1200 for work which cost me £542 at my local garage... £210 for 'diagnostics' on a lamp with a loose connection is one example

Cannot recommend. Supposed 90 min service booking took 3 hours (for a brake fluid service). When car was ready, couldn't leave as the only person able to take payment wasn't there.

I really like Berry Croydon which offers a top quality service though very expensive BUT unfortunately having anything repaired over there is just eye-wateringly expensive. The price for changing a tire for £248.48, changing a wheel £624.10

My car was damaged on collection which Mini are disputing (I have asked for camera footage), had me waiting close to 2hrs to collect the car as it was being cleaned and the car wasn't even cleaned properly. Communication wasn't clear at all

Showroom still looks clean and modern but feels like it's half empty, everyone scooched up one end and the Reception Desk shut down with some dude sat to one side. Didn't get offered a coffee this visit.

The mini breakdown service were super helpful after having a scary electrical fault. The mini garage less so but once I took the car in on Thursday, they were brilliant and got the issue fixed but took until Tuesday. The receptionist was v helpful.

1st, the was no update on progress of our car unless we chase up. 2nd, the squeaking sounds remains visible despite 2 times we sent the car back to the workshop. 3rd, the service quoted OK but right after we took our car, it shows low engine oil.

I sent an email to your customer service regarding this on 2.06.26. The parts were not ordered for my car so the service couldn't be carried out on the day I chose. Now there are further issues with the parts ordered further delaying the repairs.
