My keys were stolen in a robbery and i had my car recovered to Berry, to get the keys and locks replaced. For over 8 days, they could not provide me with a quote for locks. Service Manager simply said "we will let you know once parts confrim to us"

5 stars. As usual Mini sent information about booking my mot and service needed in a timely order.The app was easy to use for booking in on on the day. It's also clean! Oscar- my dog asks that you make the dog bowl and scarf available to purchase.

The communication wasn't clear with collection of car resulting in coming to collect when was ready and work to be completed, Additional / extra charges for work (which understand happen) it felt disingenuous upon collection versus informing prior.

The service and MOT were completed within the stated time scale, while I waited. I was able to sit in comfort, help myself to coffee/tea. The car was cleaned inside and out. The welcome at reception was warm and efficient.

Appointment made easily. Seen immediately on arrival and told when my car was likely to be ready and what payments may or may not be due depending on the outcome. I was sent a video of the inspection and was called to say when I could collect it.
