I liked the reveal of my new car and the time Clarence took with me to familiarise myself with my new car - it was the first time I've driven an automatic and was anxious about this. All staff I came into contact with at the dealership were helpful.

Appointment made easily. Seen immediately on arrival and told when my car was likely to be ready and what payments may or may not be due depending on the outcome. I was sent a video of the inspection and was called to say when I could collect it.

Diane was very helpful as usual but the booking hadn't been smooth and I was at a waiting appointment from 10:30-4:30 for rear break pads. I don't live near enough to go home and am a mobility customer and suffered with my health a lot the next day,
