Amazing experience from start to finish. My salesperson (Jack Bennett) made the whole process easy and stress free as he helped me throughout the process he made me feel so welcome & he was very polite & helpful :) Also the team are very polite

1st, the was no update on progress of our car unless we chase up. 2nd, the squeaking sounds remains visible despite 2 times we sent the car back to the workshop. 3rd, the service quoted OK but right after we took our car, it shows low engine oil.

I did not want or needed the inspection. I only wanted warranty work done. In which case it would be free. Although still within warranty period I was told because I did not report it earlier it was not coverd

I sent an email to your customer service regarding this on 2.06.26. The parts were not ordered for my car so the service couldn't be carried out on the day I chose. Now there are further issues with the parts ordered further delaying the repairs.

It started off a little rough - ie the place was so busy there was nowhere to park. I had to drive around a bit & eventually had to call someone to come help. Booked in for an MOT but not provided with a place to park? Not enough text space for more
