The receptionist at mini was very helpful, nothing was too much for her, she even looked after my well being which was refreshing to see. I picked my car up repaired and cleaned.

It started off a little rough - ie the place was so busy there was nowhere to park. I had to drive around a bit & eventually had to call someone to come help. Booked in for an MOT but not provided with a place to park? Not enough text space for more

They were unable to find my keys when I arrived to pick up my car, no one called to apologise or answered my email for the concerns I had, I was without my car for several days and I actually had to call them to drop it off

My keys were stolen in a robbery and i had my car recovered to Berry, to get the keys and locks replaced. For over 8 days, they could not provide me with a quote for locks. Service Manager simply said "we will let you know once parts confrim to us"
